Sessions

We start with a free online assessment where you can talk about where you are at and what is concerning you. In doing so it helps me gain an understanding of what your life is like currently.

We can explore what your expectations of counselling are and what the process of counselling involves. This allows you to ask me any questions you have so you can make an informed decision of whether you feel you would like to work with me. It also allows me to examine whether I can offer what you are expecting from counselling.

If you decide to continue with sessions, the cost will be from £40 per session.
